Spring Valley (North Amokolian: Prijngvalee; Mishalanese: Весенваллей, Vesenvalley; Elw: Прийнгвалее, Prijngvalee) is an Elwynnese bailiwick and city in Vattnaland (Amokolia). It was known as Noahsbýur during the reign of Noah of Elwynn (1623–1651), a deeply impopular name. After the end of his reign, the original name of Spring Valley was restored. North Amokolian, Mishalanese and Istvanistani are the official languages of the bailiwick.

Spring Valley (pop. 672,417, as of 1679) is the westernmost continental Elwynnese bailiwick. As it borders Francia to the west and to the south, and the Amokolian Sea to the north, Spring Valley's only land connection to the rest of Elwynn is through its border with Herzenstadt. As such, there is, especially since the Second Amokolian War started, a large Union Defence Force presence in the bailiwick.
