Nattøya (Norse for "Night Island") is a Norse and Elwynnese bailiwick and island the Normark–Lindley Passage. Capital is Nattsbyen where there is a UDF base. Annexed to Elwynn and Normark in 1681. Has historically had both a Norse and Nova English presence.

Lies immediately north-west of Gråheim, across the Nattsundet strait.
