The National Championship Second Division (Hoennese: ‮國標丙部‬, translit.: Kuɂpyo Byanbu?), known for promotional purposes as the Yaskawa Third Division, and known as the National Championship Fourth Division before 2016, was the fourth-tier soccer league in Hoenn. The league was contested by 18 teams and operated on a system of promotion and relegation with the Second and Fourth Divisions. Teams from all four of Hoenn's domains were eligible for promotion.
