Molivadia Development Corporation is a state-owned development enterprise that serves as the commercial arm of the Principality of Molivadia. Domiciled in the newly-established settlement and planned regional capital, San Felipe, the development of the location is its primary project.

It is owned by the Principality of Molivadia and governed by the Council of Molivadia. Imperial Senator Sebastiano Gianakos is its President.
