Kadim Tarlabaşı Stadium is a football stadium in Kadim, Thracistan, and is the home of football in Thracistan.
History
It was hastily built outside the city right after the formation of the Thracistan National Football Team in 2019. The stadium opened with the Birgeshir vs Thracistan match and Thracistan was defeated 5-0. Friendly matches continued to be played in this stadium. In the civil war, the stadium was damaged and its roof collapsed. After the war, the color of the seat and exterior was also changed, as the colors of Thracistan's flag changed. In the second civil war, there was a suicide bombing incident and twenty-eight people lost their lives on the field. The stadium has undergone strict security measures that day, and this lasted until 2022.
At the beginning of 2022, after Alperen Arslan announced Project Gama, the fate of the stadium was a matter of curiosity. After the announcement of Project Gama, the national team still continued to play their matches in this stadium. After the relocation of the Thracistan Football Federation, the national team also left this city. The stadium was finally abandoned to its fate, there had been no repairs for the past year anyway. In fact, people were waving their arms and entering the stadium and stealing scoreboards and seats.
The fate of the stadium was determined within the first hundred days of Erdem Şahin's appointment. The roof of the stadium, the exterior, the remaining seats, goal posts, furniture in the facility and half of the stadium steps were dismantled. Only the upper tribune steps were dismantled and the capacity was reduced to 15,000 after the remaining skeleton was demolished. Some of the remaining items were evaluated, the rest was transported to Angora. The stadium's roof and exterior were rebuilt and the facility opened to the city's amateur matches in July 2022. The name of the stadium was changed to Kadim Tarlabaşı Stadium.
