Mesoun is a former province of Antica. In the 1690s, the term began to refer to the Green area in Apollonia encircled by Floria, Jingdao, and Çakaristan. It has been described by the Raspur Pact as an area rampant with organised crime, drug cultivation, warlords, and anomie.
