Mergeazes is a district of Gerenia, located in Maremedres. The district is named after the city of the same name, which is the provincial capital. The population of the district at large was 225,787 according to the 2018 census.
Towns and suburbs
Mergeazes is the largest city in the district, with a population of 64,000. Other settlements include the towns of Farvala and Kirminny in the west, and the Mergeazes suburb of Raisul.
