Market of the Southern Haifan Strait
The Market of the Southern Haifan Straits is a political union which exists between the various Alliance-affiliated pirate communities who exert political control in the major Haifan, or Bassarid cities located along the southern Strait of Haifa and eastern Keltia.

History
Located at one of Keltia's great strategic points, the city of Blore Heath sits at the Southern mouth of the Strait of Haifa, where the waters of the Strait converge with those of the Corprian Sea. Originally established by the the United Kingdoms of Bosworth in 15.64, and later resettled by the Kingdom of Uantir in 20.12, the city played a vital role in controlling the passage of ships into the Strait of Haifa until 26.62, when the city fell into ruin following the collapse of Uantir.
Today, the city of Blore Heath is officially governed by the Officers of the Fleet of Blore Heath, a powerful pirate syndicate which maintains significant influence throughout the Strait of Haifa, and across the greens of Eastern Keltia. Unofficially, however, the city is run by the secretive and phenomenally powerful Maritime Guild of the Cult of Maskmakers, a collective of powerful, sorcerer priests and priestesses who practice the ancient and illicit art of face-changing, a magic believed to have been granted to mankind by Tar, the god of the Alperkin people. While the Fleet of Blore Heath acts as the city's primary governing authority, its leaders answer to the leaders of the Cult of Maskmakers, whose power they fear immensely. The most powerful member of the Cult of Maskmakers is the Crown of Passio-Corum herself, Empress Díapaza Bréidle, who rose to prominence using her profound magical abilities to shape the course of the Strait of Haifa Campaign.

History
Located on the remote western shores of the Strait of Haifa, the city of Mylecia was established during the golden age of settlement in Keltia, by the Republic of Riverstone. Following the collapse of Riverstone in 26.50 PSSC, and the subsequent abandonment of its settlements, the city of Mylecia was claimed by a population of indigenous gnomes, who used the location as the headquarters for operations involving the construction of a vast system of coal mines to the west of the city. A century after laying claim to the city, the gnomes too were driven away, this time by Haifan entrepreneurs who ventured to the region in hopes that the gnomish coal mines may provide the spark to rebuild their nations depleted economy. Though the output of the mines was insufficient in this regard, it would prove adequate to foster trade between Mylecia, Jogi, and Blore Heath, the cities which would eventually constitute the Maritime Markets of the Strait of Haifa.
Since the establishment of the Maritime Markets, Mylecia has become an epicenter of commerce in central Keltia. Today, the city is home to many companies, many of which represents one of the various cults of Dionysus, not least of them the Bacchian Vine Fleet, a cult of pirates who sail upon ships crafted from living vegetation, and the Grand Cave Bee Meadery, a company which produces high quality mead using the honey produced by bees inhabiting the Holy Caverns of Bugonia, which extend for hundreds of miles to the southwest of Mylecia

History
Originally established in 15.56 PSSC by the Grand Principality of Beaugium, the city of Rouge is located on an island at the eastern edge of the Corprian Strait in eastern Keltia. In addition to its highly strategic location, situated between North Island and South Island, Rouge is famously the home the Centauri Rouge, a race of half-man, half-arachnids who produce the world's finest silk. Highly sought across eastern Keltia, this silk became the object of trade between Rouge and the Maritime Markets of the Strait of Haifa when in 35 PSSC, commercial agreements were established between the local government and leaders from Blore Heath.
