The Tellian city and enclave of Mamehblinij, a regional administrative centre for the autonomous territory of Merenolitovina, is wholly landlocked within the Unified Governorates of Benacia, bordered by the governorate of Lachmeren to the south and Upper Lywall to the west, north, and east. Represented internationally by the Merenolitovina national football team, the sole functioning public body located within the enclave.
The city proved to be a popular way-station for the 'Nclavesci, migrating out of the Tellian Mandate towards the Inner Benacian green after the collapse of Minarboria.
