The MCF World T20 Cup is the highest level of international Twenty20 cricket organised by the MCF, the sport's governing body on the planet of Micras.

The inaugural edition of the tournament was held in 2016 and further editions were scheduled biennially so that alternate years would see the MCF World ODI Cup take centre stage. However, due to dormancy within the MCF, no tournament was held in 2018. From 2020, a revived MCF returned to the biennial scheduling, with the tournament's results to count towards the medals awarded in the restructured Micras Games.
