Leaves room for different governmental structures in overseas territories. The decree does not refer at all to the Constitution of the Jingdaoese State, which is in effect at the time but is considered to supersede it.
339 Decree Against dogs on our continent A lottery is organized in which all privately owned dogs of the empire participate. All dog owners are ordered to buy a lottery ticket for the price of seven kata, if their dog 'wins' it will be killed in a central place within the community. All proceedings of the lottery are used for the shelter of cats. The decree is a retaliation for a dog attack against the emperor.
353 Decree Against foreigners on our soil This decree makes it a crime in Jingdao to be a foreigner, punishable by deportation, enslavement or death. Diplomats are exempted. While not explicitly stated in the decree, USSO citizens are not considered to be foreigners according to interpretation by the Imperial Palace.
354 Treaty ratification Ratifying the treaty with Batavia Ratifies the treaty with Batavia in which the Jingdaoese territories in the west, as well as the right to appoint a King of the Batavians are handed over to the United Batavian States. The United Batavian States implicitly agree that the Jingdaoese Emperor was the rightful holder of the title King of the Batavians.
354 Decree On our calendars This decree re-affirms the status of the Daor-calendar as the official calendar of the Jingdaoese Empire, while also acknowledging the use of the Norton Calendar and the ASC Calendar. The decree speaks of "earth days" to explain the Daor-calendar, this refers to the Swedish calendar.
355 Treaty ratification A treaty between the Jingdaoese Empire and the Alriggian Republic, establishing an alliance Establishes an alliance between the Alriggian Republic and the Jingdaoese Empire. Jingdao will help Alrig to move its territory to directly border Jingdao. Alrig will adopt the Jingdaoese currency and market regulations. Both nations will defend each other. In 344 EGA, Steward Qintun of the Imperial Palace tried to annex the Old Oil Rig, the predecessor of Alrig, into the Jingdaoese Empire but this was never pursued.
355 Decree Offering refuge to the Safir All Safir fleeing Shireroth are offered refuge in Jingdao where they will be housed and fed. To be fattened so they can be eaten, as they are considered a delicacy in Jingdao.
357 Treaty ratification A treaty between the Jingdaoese Empire and the Alriggian Republic, establishing the Alriggian-Jingdaoese Autobahn An extension of the Imperial Autobahn towards the Alriggian city Driftwood is to be constructed. The extension of the Autobahn into Alrig is expected to bolster economic ties and make it easier to defend Alrig in the case of war.
358 Decree Confirmation of Jingdaoese copyright law to EU directive Bans the use of memes in the Jingdaoese Empire in accordance with European and Swedish legislation. Jingdao still claims the Kingdom of Sweden as its property.
359 Decree Establishing a national Passio-Corum Day Every February 27th, the Jingdaoese Empire honors Passio-Corum and all government buildings will fly the Passio-Corum flag next to the Jingdaoese This decree is to thank Passio-Corum for the common fight during the War of the Lost Brothers.
359 Decree Extending citizenship to the Kildari As the Kildari inhabitants has been integrated into the Jingdaoese society, it now becomes possible for them to gain citizenship in the empire. Despite their presence predating Jingdaoese control over the territory formerly known as Kildare, they were considered second-class at best before this decree, and often held as slaves or living in slumps.
359 Treaty ratification Ratifying the treaty with Shireroth Establishes peace between the Jingdaoese Empire and the Shirerithian Imperial Republic.
363 Tolerated law Heavenly Peace Preservation Law Set of measurements against crimes that are deemed detrimental to the Heavenly Peace of the Jingdaoese Empire The Chidao Emperor did not sign this law, he only expressed his intention to tolerate it.
363 Decree Preparing for Jexit Orders the Grand Secretariat to make emergency plans in case it comes to a schism in the USSO. As a result of negotiations following this decree, the risk of a schism was averted.
367 Appointment Naming a new grandmaster for the Holy Order of the Temple of Cato Siwu Ersan is named the new grandmaster of the Grand Holy Order of the Temple of Cato. Siwu Ersan was responsible for the peace treaty with the Shirerithian Imperial Republic, this appointment is seen as his reward.
372 Decree On the status of the Stripping Path Followers of the Stripping Path religion from Jingdao's closes ally, the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union will not be prosecuted as long as they hold their services in private, do not try to convert Jingdaoese citizens and still worship the Heavenly Light. The Stripping Path is the only religion that is tolerated besides the Tianchaodao.
378 Decree Declaring state of siege in Wuqi The navy is instructed to fortify the island of Wuqi and make it impossible to capture. Follows Batavian pressure to hand over the island to them.
1670 Treaty termination Jingdao will leave the MTO Letter to the MTO that following the election of a Natopian citizen as secretary-general, Jingdao will leave the organisation. The Bassarids also left the organisation.

1681 432 Decree Welcoming the ascension of Alduria into the Raspur Pact The Chidao Emperor congratulates Alduria's ascension into the Raspur Pact and hopes this will have a positive influence on the Raspur Pact and its relation towards the USSO.
1685 450 Decree On the execution of Shen Chidao After a faux-pas committed by head steward Shen Chidao, he is ordered to arrange his own execution. He is succeeded by Wan Chidao, and Shixi Chidao is added to the Imperial Stewardship.
1685 451 Decree Conferring Jing status to the Barbarian Republic As the Chidao Emperor has been named emperor over the Barbarian Republic, he considers it a pure (jing) state.

1686 454 Decree Establishing the Cibolan Volunteer Corps Jingdaoese volunteers are sent to the Barbarian Republic to help in the colonisation of the ancient lands of the First Jingdaoese Empire.

1689 468 Decree On the murder of Ryan Badstuber by Natopia Natopia is held responsible for the murder of Ryan Badstuber, committed by the ESB-Kosaken-Brunïakis-Afzælt which is based in the Natopian lordship Chur. The extradition of Frederik Anders the Younger, the perpetrator is demanded and a boycott is instated against anyone who will trade with him or his organisation.
1690 470 Decree Revising the 354 decree on our calendars The use of the Pallisican Scientific Standard Calendar (PSSC) is proscribed for scientific use, along with the daor-calendar and the Norton calendar. The use of ASC is considered to be out-dated and is no longer suggested.
1690 472 Decree Retiring diwang Zhang San Diwang Zhang San is offered to retire and receive a state burial, after he made an error in advising the Imperial Palace on Jingdao's vote in Microvision 2020, especially suggesting the song of Graecia. The Diwang had to endure his state burial while he was still alive, before he was lowered into the grave where he would suffocate, he was whipped until he bled, all on the rhythm of Graecia's song.
