Kingsweep is a bailiwick of the Sovereign Confederation in the Governorate of Everstone. It is named for the Kingsweep Tributary, which runs through its core and dominates local life and commerce. The large Holwinnese majority, concentrated primarily along the southern bank was largely consigned to a sentence as protected persons, pending long-delayed hearings. With the implementation of auxiliary computerized government-processing infrastructure in 1716, many such delays were resolved, a pattern mimicked across the Everstonian Governorate.
