The Kefr Zeh national football team was the football team which represented the Babkhan autonomous region of Kefr Zeh. It was a member of the AEFA.

The team was seen as the spiritual successor of Matbaa in that the vast majority of its players originated from this nation's team, but it did not retain its records.

History

Kefr Zeh applied successfully to join the FMF after becoming an autonomous region of Babkha in 2008 after seceding from Matbaa. The team competed in that year's World Cup qualifiers, finishing second in their four-team group with eight points. Kefr Zeh's autonomy was decreased later in the year and the national team was integrated into the Babkhan side.
