Kaupang International Airport is Hurmu's second-largest airport, located in the outskirts of Kaupang.

It also operates an airship aerodrome, with scheduled airship cruises over the Lake District.

Security

A Chosen Man of the Hurmu Constabulary was initially present at the airport to represent the interests of the state and to uphold the requirements of the law. He was subsequently replaced by a County Inspector of the 2nd Class in that role.

Kaupang International Airport is protected by the 2nd Airport Security Cohort provided by the ESB-Holïurs-Afzælt, a private security company established as a wholly owned subsidiary of the ESB Group, engaged for the purpose by the Minister for Police and Security on 1.X.1690 AN.

The cantonment of the Hurmu Peace Corps operated at the airport is garrisoned by the 119th Aviation Base Regiment. The 140th Air Transport Regiment is based at the airport and has begun to receive deliveries of the C-12 Sojourner cargo-passenger transport aircraft in 1704 AN.

Between 1703 and 1707 the ESB Aviation Group operated 18x Javelin M-2 Dragoon out of Kaupang International Airport on behalf of the Air Department of the HPC, with the UAV type being primarily flown in a maritime patrol role.

Ground-based air defence assets, provided by the Allied Mission in Eastern Apollonia, Hurmu & Lyrica consists of the 74th Anti-air Artillery Regiment, with 24x System-2 Missile Complex surface-to-air missile systems, and 2x Geneva 2 anti-ballistic missile complexes contributing to the layered anti-air and anti-missile defences of the Lake District and North Lyrica.
