Karel Leopold des Vinandy

Karel Leopold des Vinandy (1614-1666) was a Batavian nobleman of the House of Vinandy. He was the son of Frederik Hendrik des Vinandy (♂, 1585-1616) and thus the grandson of King Arkadius III. He married Elisabeth van Hollandt (1616–1685) in 1639. They had two children, both of whom became Kings of Batavia, Mahmud bin Alsalam (né Arkadius Frederik Gustavus des Vinandy, 1642-1703, who reigned as Arkadius IV, 1669–1685) and Hendrik Leopold des Vinandy (born 1645, who reigned as Hendrik V 1691–1711).
