KBS Regional FM Stereo Broadcasting (Phineaner: Penyiaran FM Stereo Serantau KBS; Taesongean: KBS 지역국 FM 스테레오 방송), collectively known as KBS 3FM (Taesongean: KBS 제3FM), is a regional radio network provided by Keopuchean Broadcasting System (KBS), a Phinbellan public broadcaster that uses FM Stereo waves. The term KBS 3FM as a whole is used to refer to a network of twenty-three regional radio services. It differs from KBS 1Radio, KBS 2Radio (Muzic FM) and KBS 1FM (Radio Klassik) which broadcasts less of its local broadcasts, but KBS Regional FM Broadcasting is run as a single broadcast channel by programming mostly local programs entirely. This regional FM Stereo broadcast usually broadcasts a variety of songs ranging from classical songs to contemporary pop songs, including traditional songs, folk songs and dialect songs. However, KBS 3FM also broadcasts national programs but according to certain times. There are some programs broadcast on the regional KBS FM which are also broadcast simultaneously with the regional broadcasts of KBS 1Radio, 2Radio or 1FM.

Since its launch in -12BP, the regional FM broadcast was part of the early KBS FM (now KBS 1FM) until in -3BP, the regional FM broadcast was separated from KBS 1FM and adopted the name KBS 3Radio followed by the station's name, known as Radio 3 until December 20, RP 2600 since KBS 3Radio was launched as Voice of Harmony, it started adapting the name Radio KBS FM with the name of the regional station.
