Jean Carmichael is an MP and the current Minister of Defence.
Early Life
Jean Carmichael was born in Baudrix and attended the Geneva Grammar School, where he was known amongst his teachers and peers as a friendly, well mannered and ambitious pupil. Upon leaving the Grammar School, Carmichael travelled Micras for a year before returning to study law at the University of Geneva.
Legal Career
Jean Carmichael began his legal career as a junior member of the team that delivered a landmark ruling on human rights in Alexandria. It is believed that this case sparked Carmichael's passion for civil rights and keeping back the powers of the state.
