The Incontinentia national football team is the football team which represents the Craitish autonomous territory of Incontinentia. It is a member of the EMUFA and is run by the Sports Institute.
History
The team was founded in mid-2010 after Incontinentia, which had existed on Micras since 2007, was granted increased autonomy from Craitland, successfully applying for FMF membership in the process. The team played its first match against Craitland in a friendly, losing by a then-record 11–0 scoreline. The team was entered into the qualifiers for the 2011 FMF World Cup, where they lost all six of their games on the way to finishing bottom of their group.
In the following year's World Cup qualifying, the team again finished bottom of their group, earning their only point against Eesha. Later in the year, the team competed in the inaugural Zeeburg Tournaments, where they won an unprecedented four matches to finish third with 13 points.
The 2013 qualifiers saw the team finish bottom of their four-team group after losing all of their matches.
Incontinentia once more finished bottom of their qualifying group in 2014 after losing all eight matches. In late 2014, Incontinentia hosted the inaugural Emerging Nations Cup, where they finished in third place thanks to a record 9–0 win over the Franklin Islands.
In the 2015 qualifiers, the team finished bottom of their group with a sole point after drawing just one of their ten matches. Later in the year, the team competed in the second Emerging Nations Cup, where they won both of their matches to secure a first ever tournament title.
The qualifying rounds for EMU 2016 saw the team finish bottom of their four-team group with no points to their name after losing all of their matches. Later in the year, the team competed in the 2016 Emerging Nations Cup; losing their quarter-final to Mishalan.
Incontinentia finished bottom of their five-team group for the 2017 World Cup qualifiers having gained a sole point. Later in the year, the team played in the 2017 Emerging Nations Cup and lost their quarter-final to eventual winners East Gerenia.
The team competed in the 2018 EMU Championships qualification rounds, where they finished bottom of their five-team group with four points, behind the Passasian Unincorporated Territory on goal difference.
In the 2019 World Cup qualifiers, the team lost all ten of their matches as they finished bottom their six-team group. Soon afterwards, the team competed in the 2019 Emerging Nations Cup, winning their quarter-final and semi-final before beating hosts Florian Eura 2–0 to win a second title. Later in the year, Incontinentia participated in the 2019 Noka Cup, advancing from their group with three points before losing their semi-final and winning a play-off to place third.
