The Imperial & Emirati Bank of Alalehzamin and Constancia is a corporation registered under the laws of the Imperial State of Constancia, and domiciled in Aqaba. It is a subsidiary of ESB-Jörmungandr Group, Inc.
History
Originally known as the Imperial & Emirati Bank of Alalehzamin and incorporated and domiciled in Alalehzamin, Elwynn, it was acquired [1] by Gainshare Capital Holdings on 20.IV.1661. After acquisition, it was re-incorporated as a Constancian corporation, and renamed as the Imperial & Emirati Bank of Alalehzamin and Constancia.
