The Imperial & Emirati Bank of Alalehzamin and Constancia is a corporation registered under the laws of the Imperial State of Constancia, and domiciled in Aqaba. It is a subsidiary of ESB-Jörmungandr Group, Inc.
History
Originally known as the Imperial & Emirati Bank of Alalehzamin and incorporated and domiciled in Alalehzamin, Elwynn, it was acquired [1] by Gainshare Capital Holdings on 20.IV.1661. After acquisition, it was re-incorporated as a Constancian corporation, and renamed as the Imperial & Emirati Bank of Alalehzamin and Constancia.
An Autokratorial Decree bearing date 19.IV.1679 authorized it to accept deposits or to otherwise maintain custody of funds of the Imperial State of Constancia, its Government, and its instrumentalities.
Since 1708 AN the Imperial & Emirati Bank of Alalehzamin and Constancia has been an esteemed provider of financial and discretionary services to the Congress of Chryse, when particularly when the supreme body of the Benacian Union is in formal session.
A long-time investor in Anzarolexion since its days in Elwynn, it now owns 2% of the Hurmu-domiciled samlag.
