Ian Elsztain is a retired Hammish footballer who played most of his career at Kilbay Rangers. He has played for Hamland national team in their first World Cup.

From July 2013 to August 2014, Elsztain managed Gerenian club Clementsgrad United. He was then offered a job as manager of the Gerenia national football team, which he accepted.
