On the 14th September 2019, after Los Liberados became a protectorate of the Florian Republic. Many Florian companies created subsidiaries to especially operate in Los Liberados and High Speed Floria was the first to announce such a move. The high-speed rail line will be the first in Los Liberados and will only operate in Arcadio island but expansion to Macando and Baraco are planned.
Following the implementation of the Economía Liberada policy of Liberadosan President Rodrigo Calderón, High Speed Los Liberados was nationalised.
