Haasil is a governorate of the Islamic Republic of New Batavia. It was established as a governorate after the 2021 expansion. It's named for the first republic era provincial capital of Hasselt, of which the ruins are located in the governorate's teritory.
The governorate's economy consists mainly of industry, agriculture and tourism.
