Häsfors is the capital city of the Gerenian province of East Gerenia. The town's population is estimated in 28,000.
The city was built on the shores of Tallandor Bay, near the location of the former Brogenian city of Hesphore, where Häsfors takes its name from.
Häsfors was directly ruled by the Governor of East Gerenia, Sávil Ganssal, until the first elections were held, in 2016.
