The flag of the Sovereign Confederation depicts a black 12-pointed buck atop a white hill, a white barn owl landing on one antler, and a golden-yellow fleece draped over the other, all over a field of crimson. The white hill pays homage to the snow-covered and ashen hills which characterize much of the Sovereign landscape. The 12-point buck represents the Miþuï's empowerment to wield the mantle of the Szodan on behalf of the twelve governorates within the realm. The Owl and Fleece represent the Circuits of Suthergold and Wintergleam, respectively, and the crimson represents the blood and fire suffered in the Second Elwynnese Civil War.
