The flag of Tas Neemia is similar to the coat of arms of Tas Neemia, the difference being the shape (the flag is rectangular rather than circular), and the crescent is positioned in the canton rather than the centre.
The flag is a rectangular, with the length twice as long than the width. From the bottom of the hoist side, the flag is diagonally divided into two equally sized triangles, with the upper triangle being cyan and the lower triangle green. In the canton of the green triangle, a deep-blue crescent moon is displayed.
