Draw
In each category, the top seven ranked players or teams qualify. The eighth berth is filled either by the highest ranked player between positions 8-20 that has won a Grand Slam, in order of ranking, or the next ranked player if no such player exists.
Format
Participants are divided into two groups of four and play a single round robin. The top two participants in each group progress to the semifinals. In the semifinals, the winner of one group plays the second placed participant in the other group. The group tables are ranked according to:
- Number of wins
- Number of matches played
- In two-player ties, head-to-head record
- In three-player ties, percentage of sets won, then percentage of games won
- FMT ranking.
