Erin Jowasaki is a Tokish former-footballer who last played for FC Fiorecittà in Tellia. He was the top scorer at the 2007 FMF World Cup with eight goals.
Club career
Jowasaki began his career aged 25 in 2006 with Dekiru Demons in the TIFSoF League. Following the organisational collapse of the successor IAFL competition in 2012, the 31-year-old Jowasaki moved to Tellian Serie A giants FC Fiorecittà on a free transfer and took the 24 jersey. Jowasaki spent six years with I Bianchi, although was sent on loan to Serie B outfit Inter Vecchiavo for a season in 2016. During his time at Fiorecittà, Jowasaki won both the league title and WMFA Champions' League once apiece—missing-out on a second league winner's medal during his loan at Inter—before announcing his retirement in the summer of 2018 at the age of 37.
International career
Jowasaki was an integral part of the Tokidoki national football team from their inauguration at the 2006 FMF World Cup; forging a strong front three with his domestic teammates Tom Kenstein and Alberto Trask. His international high point came in the 2007 FMF World Cup—co-hosted by Tokidoki—where his eight goals, which included a four-goal haul against Taesong in a 7–5 group victory, earned him the tournament's top scorer award. Jowasaki helped the team to ultimately finish as runners-up.
Jowasaki continued to represent the team following its transition into Toketi, where he played at the 2008 and 2009 World Cups; scoring five goals in the former including a group-stage hat-trick against Batavia. His final tournament squad call-up came in 2010, where his role was notably decreased as the team reached the semi-finals. An overhaul of Tokish football in 2011 led to Jowasaki playing no further part for Toketi internationally.
After Toketi's demise, Jowasaki gained eligibility for Shireroth, but wished to be never considered for a call-up.
