Eliria (Elw: Илерие, Ilerie; Babkhi: Елирияшаҳр, Eliriashahr) is the capital of the Elwynnese Republic and of its Congressional Counties. It is the namesake of the Greater Eliria metropolitan area and the traditional counties known as the City and County of Eliria and the defunct County of Eliria and Utasia. Chartered during the first ducal reign of Scott of Alexander (1452–1470), it is the oldest city in Elwynn. It is the third-most populous bailiwick in Elwynn.
