Edward Dale Hillan was an explorer, adventurer, soldier of fortune. Also known as Graham Hillan or Mr. Greene. Said to be of Hammish descent. Was active in the Hammish Civil War as a junior officer of the Hammish Air Corps of the National Provisional Authority. Was part of the forces at Kirnoa Air Base that defected to the Hammish Republican Army. Took pension and resigned commission on inauguration of the Kingdom of the Union of Caputia.
Attemped to run for a seat in Parliament, but lost, returning 3rd. Took opportunity to study behavioral science at University of Caputia. Commissioned as Assistant Inspector of the National Police Agency after graduating with a Master's in Psychology, promoted to Inspector after a year in service. Detailed to intelligence and counter-insurgency work after aptitude noticed by superiors. Made significant contributions to Operation Cobalt and the subsequent capture and arrest of Lee Grantham, leader of the Order of Rochefort. Declined promotion to Inspector but accepted commission as Captain and intelligence staffer to the Royal Caputian Army. Was lucky to have been near the sea at the onset of the Caputian flu.
Recruited into ESB-Jagdverbände Grobba by ESB Keltia, assigned to the Administrative Office as Human Capital Specialist, but known to have been part of the internal counterintelligence and information security effort.
