ESB Personnel (Employee Services Businesses) is an employee pooling, talent acquisition, recruitment and executive search company and a provider of professional services to partners in government and industry registered in Constancia and doing business worldwide, with emphasis in major talent centers in Alduria and Nouvelle Alexandrie, Natopia, Benacia. It was a subsidiary of, and was administratively and operationally controlled by the ESB Euran Directorate, until its administrative transfer in 1703 to the Financial and Legal Directorate, effectively serving as the global Human Capital arm of the Honorable Company.
