The Duke of Santiago Foundation is a charitable foundation incorporated on VI.15.1694 under the laws of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. It has its head office in Punta Santiago, but also has offices in Cardenas, Santiago, and Lausanne.

Governance

The Foundation is ultimately governed by a Board of Trustees, which is, not surprisingly, composed of the Prince of Molivadia, Princess Esmeralda of Arboria and Molivadia, Princess Rosamund, Prince Iñigo, and Javier Primo de Aguilar.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees is the Prince of Molivadia, who is Duke of Santiago in the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie, although day to day operations are run by an appointed Executive Director. Javier Primo de Aguilar, the formerly estranged half-brother of the Autokrator of Constancia has a sinecure position as resident non-executive director and Vice Chairman, operating out of the Santiago office.

It is particularly dedicated to relief and development work in the Region of Santander.

In 1697, it disclosed a subsidiary, Santiago Development Corporation.

In 1700, the chicha press claims, allegedly via disclosures and filings, that the Foundation operated via an endowment of at least 1 billion New Alexandrian écus.

Projects and Programs

After establishing local structures and presence, the Duke of Santiago Foundation field offices began a series of consultations with local stakeholders, providing briefings where introductions were made, particularly with local notables. These "listening sessions" were utilized to lay the foundations for better humanitarian response and more effective and community-centric development assistance.

Although ostensibly non-partisan, it has been noted that Humanist Vanguard members in plainclothes, or official Foundation volunteer clothing are frequent volunteers to its activities. The Duke of Santiago Foundation repeatedly reminds media practitioners that volunteerism is a noble ideal and should be encouraged, particularly with the youth. The Duke of Santiago Foundation maintains a firm apolitical policy, and no political insignia is permitted in its activities.

The celebrity Christina Aguilar was once employed as a Program Associate.
