The Kingdom of Draconia is a semi-autonomous region established within the Supreme Bovic Republic of Drak-Modan in 1682. The residents of the island of Nel Modan invited deposed King of Drak-Modan, John Hilding Waffel-Paine to take the title King of the Draconians and to re-establish a homeland for the Draconian diaspora.
