The Pentheros is the leader of the church and appoints all Metrobosarchs and Bosarchs. Metrobosarchs lead Eparchies. There are Four Eparchies, plus the Eparchy of Lyrica and the Pentheral Eparchy. Bosarchs lead local communities based in cathedrals, missions, temples, etc. The Pentheros is elected by a council of the Metrobosarchs. The Pentheros is also the temporal ruler of [[Athlon]].

The Pentheros is the leader of the church and appoints all Metrobosarchs and Bosarchs. Metrobosarchs govern Eparchies. In 1690, Pentheros Sergius Hergones instituted a new series of reforms to the eparchies. Instead of dividing the world into four quadrant-eparchies, each eparchy would include the Bovics, herds (congregations), and stampedes (missions) on a continent and surrunding minor and major islands. This would reduce the inequality in certain Metrobosarchs governing "empty" quadrants (like the southeast).

The Capric rite is a modified set of Bovic rituals that were permitted by Pentheral Bull for those Bovics living in southern Benacia. Instead of cow milk or butter, those living in Malarboria, Modan, Moda-Malarboria, and now [[Drak-Modan]] are able to use goat milk (Bovics in Natopia find goat milk distasteful, as it is their national animal, but Drak-Modani Bovics have no such taboo). A Patriarch in Drakorda leads this church, allowing for special Benacian flavor and local control. The church is in full communion with the Pentheros in Doza. The Benacian Bovic Church also borrows from the Elijahn Rite, placing special veneration on Kaiser Saint Elijah, teaching Benacian Bovics of the special events in the Bovic church that happened in Shireroth (the construction of the Temple of the Butter Cow in Smjorkyr, the first Bovic church outside Natopia; the assassination of Nathan in Eliria, allowing him to return in butter-form; the sculpting of the Butter Bull in Smjorkyr; the conversion of some of the Ayreon-Kalirion family to Bovinism and their central roles in Shireroth and Bovic legend;

    • His Eminence Gwyn Moonoak, Metrobosarch of Eura & Corum, a cousin of Nathan II who went into the Church at a young age. At 81 years old he is the eldest and longest-serving Metrobosarch.
