Council of Negrixnaht

The Council of Negrixnaht, also known as the Council of Amity, was the first ecumenical council of the Cedrist faith, commenced in the year 1703 AN in the aftermath of the Kalirion Fracture and the Scouring of the Second Elwynnese Civil War to address the fragmentation of the notoriously decentralized High Cedrism once practiced by the Shirerithian ruling class.

The greatest impact of the Council can be seen in the reorganization and purging of certain deities whose cults had either fallen into complete obscurity or risen to new heights. Additionally, a process for canonization of notable Transcendi was drafted to recognize their righteous lives and deeds for the whole of Cedrism to study and strive to emulate.
