Council of Courts

The Council of Courts exercises executive authority in the government of the Greater Pallisican Trade Association. It is composed of the Crown of Passio-Corum, as well as several ministers.

Functions

The Council of Courts is responsible for issuing the decrees which shape the domestic and foreign policy of the Pallisican nation.

	Kan Zen	Crown of Passio-Corum Empress of the Sea of Storms Priestess of Agripinilla	35.25 PSSC - 163/3/183 PSSC	Domestic Accomplishments 47/01/35: Established the Port of Storms (later replaced by the Port of Vines) as the successor to Grand Duke National Mall. 148/03/36: Established the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union, which unified the Bassarid states of Passio-Corum and the Maritime Markets of the Strait of Haifa. 	Chelkra Teada	Supreme Arbiter	905 WG - 36.26 PSSC	As the Supreme Arbiter Councils of Court, Chelkra Teada led the effort to restore order in Passio-Corum following the Miracle of Kan Zen, which brought the nation to the brink of civil conflict. Teada's role as Supreme Arbiter when in 26.26 PSSC, Kan Zen - with the support of the Stripping Path in the Houses of Pallisican Chelkra - assumed the responsibilities of the role for herself.

	Fï Ríoja del Háifa	Office of the Oracle	159/03/36 - 163/3/37	Originally a Temple Priestess and Companion of Kan Zen, Fï Ríoja del Háifa was appointed as Oracle after playing a central role in the secret negotiations between Pallisican and Haifan leaders which would ultimately result in the establishment of the Port of Vines and the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union. With this said, Ríoja's tenure as Oracle is one marred by tragedy. Her story is to this end told in the tragic play entitled The Ríjiades.
