The Constitution of the Kingdom of Ransenar is the supreme and organic law of the Kingdom of Ransenar. It outlines the Ransenari system of government and the civil and human rights of those who are citizens of the Kingdom and non-citizens. Its contents are an amalgamation of various codified acts by the Ransenari Congresses and treaties between Ransenar and the Shirerithian Vulture States.

Preamble

WHEREAS the Counties of Ran, Elsenar, Syrelwynn, Holwinn, Monty Crisco, East Caverden, North Lunaris have expressed their Desire and Will to be united into the Kingdom of Ransenar under the one and legitimate Crown and Throne of Goldshire, deposited and held in Goldfield, with this Constitution as its central, supreme, and constitutional law;

WHEREAS the people of the Kingdom of Ransenar, solemnly resolve to establish peace, order, good government, and shared prosperity across the land; promote the interests of the Ransenari people; and guarantee the unity of Ransenar by securing for themselves and for posterity:

  • Social, economic, and political justice;
  • Liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith, and worship;
  • Equality of status and opportunity;
  • Fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual, and the unity and integrity of the Kingdom.

WHEREAS Her Majesty, Queen Salome I hath granted her full Consent and Support to this Constitution, which was written and ratified by the Representatives of the People of Ransenar in Congress assembled,

The People of Ransenar, do for themselves, hereby establish, ordain, and proclaim the following CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF RANSENAR: -
