Clovis Yio Zhen Kang (杨镇康) is a Singaporean micronationalist.
He is the owner and chairman of Dauian club Seragaan FC, president of the Micras Futsal Grand Prix and Junior Member of the FMF. He is also the president of the SEEFF and oversees the progression of football in the Southeast Eura region.
