KZ Clementsgrad was a Gerenian football club based in the city of Klämen, which competed in Gerenian League 1. The manager was Jorg Lanata and the club's stadium was New Mayfield Park.

History

KZ Clementsgrad was founded in late July 2012 as "Clementsgrad XXI". Having not met the requirements to join the recently founded Gerenian League 1, Clementsgrad XXI played two friendly matches (versus Isherwood CSSC and Mayfield Bazree AC), which ended 2–4 and 1–2, respectively.

However, soon the club developed, and changed its name to "Clementsgrad United FC". Although Clementsgrad United could not take part in the First Championship of League 1's inaugural season, an application to compete in the 2012–13 Gerenian AEFA Champions' League qualification tournament was submitted and accepted.

Clementsgrad played Mayfield Bazree in the inaugural match of the Group B (in what is known as the first Clementsgrad derby ever), obtaining a shock 5–1 win. However, despite the promising start, the team could not advance to the semi-finals, as it finished third in its five-team group, two points behind Ramez City White Stars and Mayfield Bazree.

The following challenge for Clementsgrad was the Stage One of the 2012–13 Gerenian League 2, played in September-October 2012. Due to the league expansion, it had been decided that the best two teams of the Stage One would be promoted to the League 1, and not at the end of the season. Clementsgrad United managed first place, having not lost any of the five matches played. Later in the year, Clementsgrad United competed in the 2012 Gerenian National Cup, reaching the semi-finals, where they were defeated by KZK Gentóul.
