Clarkson is the second largest city in the state of May. It lies in the north-west of the state, near its twin city of Hammond. It is a popular seaside resort, with a number of amusement arcades and a small year-round fun-fair lining its coast, and a multitude of hotels.

Clarkson Sands

The fine sand beach on the west side of the city is the main attraction for many tourists, with tour boats taking day-trippers around the bay, and hardy divers who don't mind the cold waters out to see the marine flora and fauna. Many tourists visit the beach, perusing the many amusement arcades, and making use of the many cafes along the shoreline.

May Leisure Complex

Housing two swimming pools, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a large gym, pitches for various field sports, and an ice arena and golf course, the May Leisure Complex is a large sports facility often visited by tourists, and used by professional athletes. It is situated to the south of the city in extensive grounds. The complex is home to Clarkson Albion, the city’s amateur football club.
