The Chryse Protection Treaty is a treaty between Chryse and Elluenuueq that officializes Chryse's accession to the Riqi Elluenuuerssuarion (Greater Elwynnese State) as an autonomous country.

Components

  • Chryse, seeking protection, chooses Elluenuueq as its protector. In so doing, Chryse and Elluenuueq agree as follows:
  • Laegel to be renamed Station Kaamisozyr ("liberty" in Elw) and handed over to the UDF as directly ruled from the Court of the Prince and not a part of any autonomous country.
  • Benacian Chryse to be renamed "Free City of Chryse" – its free-trade port is to remain protected and exempt from taxes. As such, Chryse will be its own customs area with its own visa policy. Border control to be in place for travel between other parts of Elluenuueq to Chryse and vice versa.
  • Citizens of Chryse and registered Tarr will be given Elw nationality.
  • Feudalism, nobility, and titles of pretence in Chryse and Laegel to be abolished.
  • The MTO HQ in Chryse to remain protected. Diplomatic immunity for ambassadors and legations to be respected in accordance with the fullest extent of international law.
  • A Special Prosecutor shall investigate crimes against humanity in Laegel.
  • The Free City will be able to revert to independence should a majority of its population, in a free and fair referendum, decide that way.
  • Constitution of Elluenuueq to be updated accordingly. Chryse given 3 representatives to the Council of Eliria. "Federal" Elw law to extend to Chryse.
  • Chryse's military arm to be incorporated into the UDF.
