The Treaty of Friendship between the Free City of Chryse and the People's Republic of Graecia is the first treaty between Chryse and Graecia. It was signed on 21.III.1687 by Isor Verion for Chryse and Eugene Friedriechsen for Greacia, after the two countries' governments decided to sit down and discuss their differences after a heated discussion on genocide in the MTO Assembly (now moved to Chryse). Since Chryse has had experienced a change of goverment (and is now known as the Imperial City and Exarchate of Chryse), the title has became some unclear; it is considered, however, that there is no need to change it. On 18.XV.1687, Chryse confirmed to Graecia that Chryse regards the treaty fully intact.

The treaty was repudiated by Elluenuueq upon its assumption of sovereignty over Chryse in 1690.
