Chris Loutradis, micronationalist, was a citizen of many micronations, beginning in 1998 with the Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia.
He frequently edited various "tabloids", undertaking "investigative journalism" to publish the "TRUTH".
Whether these were satire, serious, or his own odd mixture of both, is still a mystery.
