The Bobalania national football team was the football team which most recently represented the micronation of Bobalania, and previously represented the CIS constituent nation of the same name. It was a member of the EMUFA after originally being affiliated to the AEFA, and was run by the BFA.

History

Bobalania applied successfully to join the FMF after the constituent nation was founded by the CIS in early 2008. Prior to that year's qualifiers, the team resigned their AEFA membership in favour of that of the EMUFA. In their six-team qualifying group, the team finished second with 17 points and advanced to the play-offs, where they beat New Vaduz 4–2 to qualify. Bobalania seceded from the CIS in mid-2008, prior to the World Cup finals, where the team topped their group on goal difference ahead of Hamland and beat Shireroth 6–4 in extra time, before losing 4–2 to eventual champions Craitland in the semi-finals. However, the team beat Alexandria in the third-place play-off to seal third place.

The team's success continued into the following year's qualifying, where they finished top of their five-team group with 21 points. In doing so, the team qualified for EMU 2009, where they finished fourth in the sole five-team group with four points. In the World Cup, the team won their group without losing a match before being beaten by Craitland on penalties in the quarter-finals.

In the 2010 qualifiers, the team failed to qualify from their four-team group, finishing second on goal difference behind Craitland on 13 points. Bobalania left Micras later in the year.
