Behsaz-Eluin (Revive-Elwynn) is a Elwynnese nationalist party for the Babkhi population of the former Elwynnese Republic. Established on 12.II.1665 by defectors from the Nationalist & Humanist Party, the party opposes the partition of Elwynn and especially the abandonment of ethnic Babkhi in the Eluinshahr (Agnesia) to the Cimmerian Icebear Cult.

The party is supported by the Zurvanite religious community, with representatives of the Association of Zurvanist Temples and the Babkhi Orthodoxy Society taking prominent seats on the leadership council.

Following the Kalirion Fracture it has taken a more stridently nationalistic tone, campaigning to maintain and advance the rights of the "Babkhi majority" in southern Elwynn. The rancour of their previous rupture prior to the Elwynnese Civil War now being forgotten, the Behsaz-Eluin was a junior coalition partner of the N&H administration of the Alalehzamini Autonomous Republic.

With the death of Zahra Zjandari on 27.XV.1722 AN, the Behsaz-Eluin was henceforth subordinated once more to the N&H National Sector Party of Elluenuueq. The Yarsan would continue to maintain its privileged position in return for providing a supplementary manpower reserve for the Vanguard Division in Elluenuueq.

Organisation

Following the end of the Elwynnese Civil Wars the Behsaz-Eluin was reorganised under the leadership of Chairman Sham Pezeshkpour. Under Pezeshkpour, the Party took on a decidedly paramilitary structure, with members being assigned Babkhan military ranks and titles. All active members, both male and female, wore uniforms to party functions. The party cadres in each Bailiwick with an active membership roster was headed by a Sarhang (Babkhi: "Colonel"). The party claims 1,342,048 individual members, 56 bailiwick chapters, and about 372 "regimental associations".

The Party maintained an "honour corps" known as the Yarsan ("People of Truth) comprised of approximately 35,000 Inner Party members, entitled to officer ranks, stipends, auxiliary wives, and a retinue of party workers proportionate to their office, grade, and seniority.

In every neighbourhood of a bailiwick with an active membership the ordinary rank-and-file membership of the Party must form cadres of up to forty members, each subjected to a single Yarsan who holds the rank of at least Sarvan ("Captain"). To the Sarvan each party member, known colloquially as the Siahpushan ("Blackshirts"), owe fealty and service in return for leadership, support, and protection. Each cadre must organise, maintain, and promote a Khandan ("Spiritual House") a place of rest and repose for a Zurvanite Mobad, one vetted by the Party's national leadership council, to whom all members of the cadre, including the Sarvan, must swear obedience.
