B'cawshrine is a bailiwick of Agnesia (Upper Elwynn) in Elwynn. It constitutes the city of the same name and the rural lands outside it. The urban parts of the bailiwick were considered suburban to Vijayanagara prior to the destruction of that city during the Scouring which terminated the Second Elwynnese Civil War.

B'cawshrine is arguably most famous for its Cedrist temple to B'caw (from which the bailiwick derives its name), erected in 1494 in accordance with the Donation of Elwynn. Those privileges were restored to the Cedrist Cult of the Sacred Detonation after the Council of Negrixnaht of 1703 AN - a continuation of the policy of the Benacian Union to culturally humiliate and punish the Elw for its part in instigating the civil war. In late 1716, the western panhandle was granted on a 20 year lease to the Honourable Company for the development of new naval and Residential facilities in exchange for annual payments as well as favored consideration in future corporate dealings. In 1717, the honorary title of "Khan of Vijayanagara" was created with the blessing of the shrine to honor Aurangzeb Tokaraizadeh al-Osman, serving as the only official remnant of the destroyed city's previous existence.
