The national anthem of the Islamic Republic of New Batavia is the "Prayer for the Fatherland" (Gebed voor het Vaderland). It was written in 1944 AD by Remy Piryns and Gaston Feremans. It is the national anthem of the Republic since its establishment in 2007. It is a prayer for the unity of the peoples of the low countries.

Original Dutch English translation

Heer, laat het prinsenvolk der oude Nederlanden

Niet ondergaan in haat, in broedertwist en schande;

Maak dat uit de oude bron nieuw leven nogmaals vloeit,

Schenk ons de taaie kracht om fier, vol vroom vertrouwen,

Met nooit gebroken moed ons land herop te bouwen;

Tot statig als een eik voor U ons volk herbloeit.

Lord, let the people of princes of the ancient Netherlands (or low lands)

Not perish in hatred, blood feud and shame;

From the ancient source, make new life flow once again,

Give us the tough strength to proudly and full of pious confidence,

With never broken courage, rebuild our land;

Until, noble as an oak, our people re-blooms for You.
