Anosh Sarkash (born in Leila-ve-Moshk, Emirate of Alalehzamin and Utasia, in 1630) is an Elwynnese diplomat and academic; Commissioner for Foreign Affairs of Elwynn (1690–1691).

Born into a family of Babkhi parents – his father being Ardasher Sarkash, a civil engineer, and his mother, Malika Anoshi, a dental surgeon – Anosh had a quiet and happy childhood. He enrolled to the People's Academy of Elwynn in 1648 in order to study sociology over distance, working part-time as a secretary at his mother's rural dental clinic. Due to issues with his health (he was diagnosed with leukaemia in 1649) during his studies, his grades were substandard, and he had to resit a few modules. With the Auspicious Occasion in 1651, however, a lot of spaces in higher education opened up due to the removal of Vanic bureaucracy and the disenrolment of Froyalanish students, and Anosh was able to secure a space in the master's programme for international relations. Here, Anosh found his true vocation. He graduated in early 1652 with a distinction. He received funding for a PhD position at Metzler University in Shirekeep, graduating in 1658 with the publication of his dissertation, Shirerithian foreign policy as shaped by the Auspicious Occasion. Thereafter he was employed by the Imperial Ministry of the Exterior (MiniEx) as part of the Anti-Vanic Task Force, helping to shape policies with countries who continued to have relations with Stormark or were sympathetic to Noah's "government in exile" then in Stormark (later moved to Francia). In 1659, he began teaching international relations part-time at Metzler University, and continuing to work at the MiniEx the remaining time.

By 1661, Anosh's parents had grown tired of Anosh's refusal to find a girlfriend to marry, and they arranged a marriage with Anosh's second cousin Rihanna Sarkash (Anosh's father's father's was the brother of Rihianna's father's father). Anosh was convinced by his parents' argument for stability etc., and agreed to the marriage, which grew to be a warm and happy one by 1665. The couple have two sons, Bahram (born 1663) and Malik (born 1666).

When the Elwynnese Republic was declared in 1671, Anosh was made Elwynn's ambassador to Natopia. After three years in Lindström, Anosh transferred to Sanama for two years, and then spent 7 years in Shirekeep as Elwynnese ambassador there. He then to Eliria for desk duties at the Commission for Foreign Affairs. By 1685, he became Chief of Protocol, a position he continued to hold until 1690, when he was named Commissioner for Foreign Affairs. He resigned from this position in 17.XV.1691 after securing a position in Eliria Law School (People's Academy of Elwynn) as a lecturer in international law. It was rumoured that the real reason of his resignation was a prolonged dispute with the Princess of Elwynn over the Elwynnese views on Raspur Pact trade policies.

Anosh is described as "always cheerful", with a power to inspire enthusiasm among his students and colleagues. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting rare teas and engaging in horticulture.
