Amokolian Day is the common name for Independence Day of the Frankish Empire, which is celebrated on 22 Weidemouth. The celebration of this day became popular after the Wende in which the Kingdom of Amokolia (also known as West Amokolia) was transferred to the Frankish Empire. It is also a public holiday in the Amokolian Republic where it is known as the National Day. It is a flag day throughout the other autonomous republics of Elwynn as the National Day of Amokolia.

History

On 22.VI.1504 Amokolia was founded. Although ancient Amokolia existed several times under a foreign flag, this day was selected as the day for the revival of Amokolia as the Kingdom of Amokolia, formally the Third Kingdom of Amokolia. This revival took place after the Kalirion Fracture, exactly 168 Norton years after the original foundation of Amokolia. Despite the Wende, in which the Kingdom of Amokolia was transferred to the Frankish Empire, this day remained an anchor point for independence.

The celebration of the day is not as old as the date to which it referred. This only happened after the revival of Amokolia in 1672 AN and especially after the Wende. In every city all kinds of festivities are organized, such as parades and markets. The official start of the festivities is the "march of the geese".

Edition 1684

The celebration of Amokolian Day in 1684 is special, because of the first large-scale celebration of the day after the connection of Gascony, Los Bananos and Ravaria. The unity of the Frankish Empire was expressed by the fact that the day is now also organized nationally. The day is therefore not only to the part of Francia that is called the Amokolian Region, but the whole Empire.

Military parade

Since the revival of Amokolia, a military parade has been organized in Brandenburg. In 1684 this parade got an unprecedented size. Units of the Kaiserliche Garde (Imperial Guard), the Amokolian Highlanders, the Batavian Knights Charitable and Hospitaller of Amokolia, the Fleur de Lys-Longships Guard and the Tassity Mansabdar participated in the parade. Also foreign military units from Arcadia, Batavia, Helderbourgh] and Stormark] participated.

The military parade takes place on the avenue Unter den Eicken in the capital. An honorary tribune is built in front of the Arkadius Palace, giving a direct view of the Brandenburger Tor. The Kaiser and Kaiserin-Gemahlin are present on the honorary tribune. In addition to the festive character of the parade, new weaponry will also be presented.
