A paper Concerning the Nature of Micronational Government is the first paper the National Antican Academy has published. It was written by Dr. J. fonn Klosso in February 2006. It mostly discusses the negative points of mob rule, which the Doctor thinks is currently the system used in Antica. He shows us the dangers of such rule and proposes other governmental systems.
